1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 lb. bone-in skinless chicken pieces (breasts, thighs and/or legs)
Mix all ingredients except chicken in large bowl. Add chicken; toss to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinate.
Heat oven to 350°F. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken in single layer in shallow pan.
Bake 50 to 55 min. or until done (165ºF).
Serve with a Greek salad and toasted pita wedges.
Substitute water or chicken broth for the wine.
