2 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP FREE Dressing
1 tsp. lite soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped pea pods
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1/4 cup cashews
2 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
Mix dressing, soy sauce, sesame seed, oil and ginger in large bowl.
Add chicken, vegetables and cashews; mix lightly.
Spoon evenly into pita pockets.
How to Toast Sesame Seeds
Place sesame seed in small skillet; cook on medium heat just until seed begins to turn golden brown, stirring occasionally. Watch carefully to prevent burning. Cool.
