1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted, divided
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cheeses, dressing, onion, nutmeg, pepper and 1/3 cup of the almonds until well blended.
Spread into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
Bake 15 minutes, stirring after 8 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining almonds. Garnish with chopped red pepper, if desired. Serve with assorted NABISCO Crackers.

How to Toast Almonds
Microwave 1 tsp. butter or margarine in 9-inch microwavable pie plate on HIGH 30 seconds or until melted. Add almonds; toss lightly. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring every 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before using as directed.
Use Your Microwave
Assemble as directed. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 6 minutes or until Swiss cheese is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring after 4 minutes. (Do not overcook.) Stir before serving. Sprinkle with remaining almonds. Serve as directed.
