What You Need

12 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup chopped onions

Make It!

Mix cracker crumbs and butter until well blended.
Combine remaining ingredients in 1-qt. casserole; top with crumb mixture.
Bake 35 min. or until heated through.
