Some Kraft products come with a statement "Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back from Kraft". New rules apply from 1 January 2012 to our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you have purchased a Kraft product in Australia containing the Satisfaction Guarantee statement after 1 January 2012, and you are not satisfied with your product due to a product defect, the following information applies to you:

Kraft's warranty covers defects in products that appear before the "best before" date for the product. This warranty entitles you to a refund of the purchase price paid for the defective product or a product replacement as long as the product has not been tampered with, misused or improperly stored. To make a claim, you should contact Kraft on the toll-free number above to find out where to send the product. You are responsible for all associated transport, shipping and product inspection costs.
In addition to any warranty we give, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
